At Ugg Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund or exchange status.
